Education
Engaging the next generation with nature restoration is vitally important for us. We work with children and young people to share knowledge about rewilding, biodiversity, climate change and making space for nature. Find out more below.

Education sessions
We offer outdoor education sessions for schools and colleges, and can do this both on-site or at your school. We have developed a wide range of sessions for all seasons, from wildflowers and butterflies in the summer to seed dispersal and owl pellets in the winter. Activities are designed to be both fun and educational; supporting curriculum learning, sparking care and curiousity, and leaving a lasting impact.

We can also support young people in delivering rewilding actions, on our site or in their local green spaces. This can enable them to develop practical nature restoration skills such as seed collecting, tree planting and insect surveying. If you are interested in an education session don't hesitate to get in touch!

Rewild My School
In 2023, with support from the Nature Restoration Fund, we partnered with our local primary school in Luncarty to rewild some of their playground. The pupils created a project logo and got involved in designing these new rewilding areas - and then got their hands dirty to put the plan into action.
